标题：The tower for rain

Yesterday, the new trainee from Brazil told me that he went to Munich a few days ago. He visit an exhibition about modern construction of building.

And there is a part of this exhibition about Chinese building.

What amaze me is that he said there will be a big tower in a big city which is called Chigang in China. This tower is used for controlling the weather. If it is too dry and no rain for a long time, the tower will have some reaction and make some rain.

And I am so embarrassed that I never heard this big city in China and also the tower, even if he told me it is a big city with 10 million people.
